We have won the first prize for the best octopus pairing in the IV edition of the gastronomic contest Pulpo Pasión, in which several proposals of one of the most representative dishes of the Galician coast have been presented: the octopus.
On this occasion, we have won the prize in the cover and dish category, presenting an Octopus and Ginger Carpaccio, Pink Pepper and Smoked Salt. All of it paired with a wine from our cellars: the albariño ALBA MARTÍN (D.O. Rías Baixas).
